YIKES! He was scary without hair!
So, since it is about the same hour one year ago that Uncle Peter Lannon Sr. passed away from Pancreatic Cancer... I completed a special cake in honor of Uncle Pete..... The insides are confetti cake... because he was such a vibrant colorful person. The eyes are not as good as I would like. Ah well.. it is the first time I attempted this other than the basketball last weekend.We all miss and love you dearly uncle pete.....

I think it looks great Erin. Decorating cakes are not my forte. I try every year though ;).
Have you tried contacting your SU manager about the cookie incentives? I'm under the impression that they came in later than they were supposed to, but I would assume since we're all one Council now in CT that yours should all be in too.
I am oh so impressed with your cake decorating talents!
My MIL passed away from pancreatic cancer 12 years ago this coming July. We miss her deeply! The saddest thing is my children never met her.
