Kiley's Tooth

Well... if you remember, a couple of "months" ago Kiley had a temporary fix on her tooth... well... they kept forgetting to schedule the repair and FINALLY I was able to get the real appointment... they sent me the script for the Valium to bring her in for the appointment which was SUPPOSED To be May 24... well... They had mailed me the script for the Valium and I had gotten it not even a week before the appointment... I had it filled... and I got a call that FRIDAY... the DAY after I had the script filled that thier dentist had to leave practice due to illness... SOOOOO... here I was with Kiley and a bum tooth... I scheduled for June 25th to have the repair done with the temporary people.... and then they called and had to reschedule for July 9th.. TOO FAR for me! a tooth was dying in Kileys mouth... and we had had her on Penicillin because of the tooth.... and then time kept passing by....so.. I found this awesome dentist....... who could get her in .... he does his sedation differently and it works AWESOME THANK GOD!we bring her in and she got Verced (sp?).... and then when she is dopey... they bring her in and put the laughing gas on.... and she was FINE THIS TIME!Chris went with us for obvious reasons.... but it was 236.00 before all was said and done.... but I prefer to spend my money on her not having to be scared.... So... the guy told me when he did the evaluation that thier old dentist had cance.r.. and if you remember .... the Valium she has had at other appointments did NOT work... even with the gas... so.. this was wonderful... they were able to save the tooth and not have to pull it... so.. she has a silver crown on that tooth...maybe it is a cap.. i dunno.. the whole tooth is silver... and there isnt another gaping hole in there! YAY!
