I just finished whipping up some bean salad and parts of a chocolate trifle thingie for tomorrow. I did it in about 1/2 an hour! I am so proud of myself! The more I make things, the quicker i am getting. The crazy thing about the trifle is that when you are done with the cake... you wreck it! You pull it all apart with a fork and destroy the living daylights out of it. SO FUN! It is something my grandmother used to make so I hope it isnt some sort of... you know... weird thing that will make something happen to her... ok, bad thoughts... go away. I am going to destroy some Heath bars and toss them in there too... with some whipped topping and chocolate pudding. I also just made the pudding. I am awesome like that. All while Kiley sits on the counter and helps me. She loves helping out in the kitchen and hopefully will be some super chef who can whip up all sorts of delicious things for her mommy!
