Today we had a girl scout event for our troop where we went to Limited Too and the girls learned about retail, fashion, careers, clothing, style, etc.... They watched a little video, not sure what it was about. oops! I guess I should have watched it but I was pretty busy with the little man and chatting it up with one of the women who worked there. She had her little girl on 11/26/07 but at the other local hospital just about 6 hours after I had CJ since CJ was born at 1139pm! BARELY on November 25th! Small world!
Now, back to the point. The girls all got to try on a super cute outfit or dress or swimsuit and then got to pretend they were walking down a runway and then modeled their fashions in the store window! I wish I could have bought the girls the outfits they wore! The girls all received a little "goodie" bag with a discount coupon, certificate of the event and store magazine in it. (I think that was everything) I think when CJ is a bit older I need to try and get a job there for the discount! LOL!
The girls all had a super awesome time.... and then we have their build a bear workshop on April 24th! HOW FUN!
Thank you Kimmy and Tashara for making our girls feel like superstars!
