Guest Relations
They responded to my message in less than 24 hours which is a good thing. But, still... gross. And waht is a "Guest Pass"
does that mean we dont need our hands stamped as we walk in the door by some idiot who doesnt know what they are doing? I think I always have my hand stamped with the SAME number EVERY time I go in. And they certainly dont look hard enough to make sure the kids I am leaving with our really MY kids. Seriously. What a false sense of security. Oh, and they didnt even look at the baby's hand as I walked out. Could have been anyones kid in that stroller. Especially if he couldnt see who was pushing him out the door. Geesh. Enough already on the most disgusting place on earth!

Ahh the form letter ;). Don't you love it? It's probably just a pass to go back there and get free games and food or something. Not like you'd want to go back after that experience, right? Are you accepting the guest pass? I never understood the hand stamping thing. It always seemed so pointless. Half the time there's no one at the door anyways checking the stamp. And when there was it's not like the person seemed like they were ready to stop anyone from doing anything they weren't supposed to.
