Thinking of Stellan on his Journey to Boston

Well folks.... I know many of you are following Stellan's Story.... He is officially on his way to Boston to be taken care of by a wonderful group of doctors with expertise in SVT and other Heart Rhythm problems. Dr. Triedman in Boston is the guy who "cured" my Sydney of her Wolff Parkinson White Syndrome. I can not begin to express how grateful I am that this doctor was able to help my Sydney.
I had been googling information regarding the difference between WPW and SVT. I guess Stellan does NOT have WPW. Just an extremely stubborn SVT issue of some sorts. It is all really confusing and trying to relay the information from the site to my blog would just be super confusing to myself and to any readers out there.
I am hoping that the docs in Boston can help this little boy. I know he is going to be in Good Hands..... NOT just the hands of the doctors... but of the hands of the Lord who helped guide the doctors mind and gave the doctors who cured Sydney steady hands.... And I pray for the same for Stellan.
I am just beating an old drum here... but this little boy can still use any prayers we have!

As well as his family as now they are seperated by many miles.... in a new and BUSY place compared to where they live in the "frozen tundra" as McKMama likes to call it!
Even though Sydney was not an infant like Stellan, I still know all the what if's... the possibilities, the dangers... the scary scary information the doctors have to drill in to you as you are preparing for the procedure (Catheterization with ablation).... I can only imagine how much more fragile the procedure is for an infant. Sydney went home to the hotel with us the SAME night... we were SHOCKED! She did great. I am sure this is NOT going to be the case for Stellan to go to his mom's hotel/home she is staying at the same night. The risks... the outcomes... the possiblity they might not find the spot to repair... burning vs. freezing.... the percentages.... the chances of it coming back again. BUT.. for now, we will be comforted by the fact that she is declared healed and hope that it stays that way! I pray that Stellan has as much success as Sydney did.

Praying for a safe journey to Boston and healing hands....
And .... I share with you once again some pics of our "Journey" to Boston....

In the place where some of the BEST Doctors are born!
Watching the super cool contraption in the lobby of Boston Children's Hospital.

With her SINGING Card we bought for her at the little CVS in the hospital lobby! Talk about a cramped little store!

Welcome to the place our daughter was healed!

post procedure. Brave little girl.

STILL PRAYING FOR STELLAN IN GROTON, CT!
