Sydney's update (better late than never)

Ok.. so, I cant really complete the update yet from her appointment she had on friday because we have to go back to the Cardiologist tomorrow.
She is having a stress test done tomorrow. On friday she had the Echo, EKG and the Halter monitor put on which I will be bringing with me to her Stress test to hand it back in so the doc can look at it. FIRST thing this morning her Cardiologist called me to see what was going on considering I had not seen any of the docs last friday with her.
For some reason I knew I was going to be getting a call first thing this morning from the Cardiology place. So.. anyways...
The Echo looked great which it always does. The VSD is so benign. It will probably always be there but will not be causing any of Sydney's issues. I was nosy during the EKG when the nurse stepped out and looked at the little notes that show up on the screen. So... it said "Sinus Rhythym"... meaning good... ok.
then it said something about
Borderline Prolonged QT interval. I had to imprint that in my mind when I read it so that I could google it like the idiot that I am. Stupid.
I am hoping it is just a discrepency in how the EKG machine perceived her heart rhythym (why cant I spell that word right?!)
But... this morning when the cardiologist had called she had only looked at the Echo and had not had a chance to look at the EKG. I told her it did have some little blurbs on the printout. I didnt tell her WHAT... she said she would go and look at it and then when she got the halter monitor results she would call me. OK... that works. BUT.. no more than 15 minutes after hanging up with her (She is very nice!) the phone rang and it was the nurse from the cardiology clinic calling to set up the Stress Test... FOR TOMORROW... seriously. I shouldnt worry about the what ifs.. I should just wait until something is for sure before I worry about it right???
easier said than done...
Maybe it wont be bad... maybe it will be an easy fix... whatever is going on with my baby I hope we figure it out... soon...
