Not Me Monday

Jennifer at My Charming Kids hosts Not Me Monday! So.. I have not participated in a while and well... I was getting ready to just post about my life... and... there were SO many quick thoughts that should have been included in a Not Me post!!! So, here it goes...

1. I did NOT buy my daughter a Hot Fudge (sundae) at McDonalds for lunch today. The line was NOT so long by the time we got there that I caved and said she could just have the Hot Fudge sundae as her lunch.

2. I do NOT allow my child to go out in the backyard early in the morning to get some quick things done around the house BEFORE I change him out of his wet night dipe and pajamas. Only a horrible mother would do something like that.

3. I did NOT ask my daughter 1000000000 X at her softball game if she was OK. I did not worry one bit. I did not attempt to not look at her playing catcher in all that gear worrying that something bad was happening to her.

4. I do not ever let my thoughts get the best of me.

5. I did NOT check the computer 8 trillion times after applying for a dog on petfinder to see if we were chosen to adopt a dog named Norman. I still have not heard from the foster parent so I am assuming the answer is No. I am NOT disappointed at all. I have NOT looked at Petfinder again to see if any other cute pooches who might be a good fit for our family have been listed.

6. I do NOT want a new dog with the hopes that it would form the STRONGEST family bond with Sydney so that it would sleep with her and alert me if something was NOT right with her. (I dont know how to train a dog to do that but I know there are therapy dogs out there for things like that)

7. I was NOT dissappointed when I found out Sydney's EEG has not changed since November 2007. Whatever Slowing is... it is still there.

8. I am NOT waiting for Cardiology to call me back... impatiently... to try and get the event monitor for her. I am NOT going to urge them to have her have another stress test. That would NOT be necessary for how she is looking lately.... geesh... it is probably just a cold coming on.. right?

9. I did NOT host a Partylite party last night and spend 97.00 for 545.40 worth of product.

10. I did NOT buy my unfolding shirt in the chili color and see another shirt that is PERFECT for me... and I do NOT plan on purchasing it next pay period..... (Unfolding will serve as a reminder of my journeys with Sydney... and that there is a plan yet unknown completely to us)

I think that is enough... I could go on an on.... but, I will spare you all my misery....
